What's New
    Sightline has a new associate on the team! Betsy Hudson joined Sightline on July 7th, and has been working to promote
our mission of improving airport safety through better-performing airfield markings.
    Betsy Hudson, working from our St. Louis location, is a Technical Consultant for
Sightline, specializing in the monitoring of installation and maintenance of pavement markings. She has worked with the aviation community to enhance
airfield safety by providing specific technical support to her clients. With over 15 years of experience in the traffic safety industry,
her goal matches ours: to raise the performance standards for airfield markings throughout the world.
    Prior to coming to Sightline, Betsy was the Product Manager for Flex-o-lite (a division of Potters Industries) the pioneer
of high index reflective media (glass beads). She also managed their Engineering Lab, where she developed a coating designed to enhance
the performance of glass beads due to her extensive paint formulations background gained with Carboline, a protective coating manufacturer.
Her considerable expertise in the chemical make up of materials used in the application of markings boosts her qualifications even higher.
    Betsy's enthusiasm made her a valuable participant in our research project to write the Airfield Marking Handbook;
and her passion for the subject makes her a perfect fit for Sightline.
